Vince Raine – CEO

Vince Raine was named Chief Executive Officer of RMB, Inc. in April 2015.  Prior to being named CEO, Vince was Executive VP of Business Development for RMB, Inc.

Mr. Raine has been with RMB, Inc. since 2013 when his company, Rubin & Raine, merged with RMB, Inc.  Vince established Rubin & Raine in 1986 with his father, Vincent Raine, Sr.  Vince has over 30 years in the healthcare industry, having managed all levels of the operation prior to becoming President and owner of Rubin & Raine in 1992. Vince is responsible for product development and marketing, and ensures that client needs for account receivables management services are met in a timely, cost effective manner.



John Lloyd, CHFP – COO

John Lloyd is Chief Operating Officer for RMB – Rubin & Raine  where he is responsible for the daily operations including revenue cycle, human resources, client relations, and legal.

Prior to joining the company in 2013 he was with IASIS Healthcare in Franklin, TN. He has over twenty years of experience in revenue cycle management ranging from multi-specialty physician groups to acute care facilities.

John is a member of the Georgia Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is currently certified through HFMA as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional.



Rosanna Papier – CFO

Rosanna Papier was named Chief Financial Officer of RMB, Inc. in October 2015.  Prior to being named CFO, Rosanna was VP of Finance and Controller of RMB, Inc.

Mrs. Papier has been with RMB, Inc. since 2013.  She has experience in strategic planning and leadership of all financial functions.  Mrs. Papier is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting, and for multiple corporate functions including Controller, Treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis.

Before joining RMB, Inc., Mrs. Papier was Assistant Controller at Adams Communication & Engineering Technology, Inc.  Prior to that, she was Assistant Controller at Recorded Books, LLC.  Her professional career began at Arthur Andersen & Company. She has over 18 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting roles.

Mrs. Papier earned her degree in accounting and management information systems at George Mason University and is CPA certified in the States of Virginia and Tennessee.



Scott Thompson – CIO

Scott Thompson joined the RMB team as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in September 2015. In this role, Mr. Thompson is responsible for structure, security, maintenance, adaptability and growth of the company’s IT platform.  He has a long history with RMB having worked with the firm under an exclusive consulting contract since 2006.  He brings a broad technology perspective to the company and works closely with the executive team to identify and apply innovative IT strategies and solutions that help the company achieve its business and financial goals.



Deborah A. Marsh – Vice President

With over thirty (30) years of experience in Healthcare A/R Management, Deborah Marsh joined Rubin & Raine as Executive Director of the Western Region in 2001 and in 2011 was promoted to a corporate position of Vice President, located in the Aurora Colorado office. Mrs. Marsh has extensive experience in revenue cycle operations with a proven record of delivering high quality, cost-effective results through innovative change. With a Collection Operations background, she has proven success in ensuring that A/R performance meets or exceeds established standards specific to the client. She has a proven record of success in computer system/dialer conversions, troubleshooting, client specific system configuration and design for “Extended Business Office” products and vendor client relationships. Deborah continually works with the Executive team on system strategy and design to maximize cash collections and streamline processes. Deborah attended Georgian Court College. As a member of HFMA, she served on both the New Jersey and California boards is active in the Colorado HFMA and has received multiple service awards which include the Gold Muncie, and two president awards (for New Jersey and Colorado).
